BACKGROUND
Women Achievers Africa (WAA) is a premier Pan-Afri can platform dedicated to empowering, recognizing, and connecting women across Africa and the global diaspora. WAA serves as a catalyst for advancing women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic inclusion through strategic partner ships, high-level engagements, and transformative programs. A defining milestone in WAA’s journey was the suc cessful hosting of its inaugural Women Achievers Africa Conference and Awards in Lagos, Nigeria, in July 2025, marking the beginning of a continental movement celebrating excellence and impact among women. Today, WAA continues to expand across Africa, build ing a strong network of influential women leaders, professionals, policymakers, and innovators shaping the future of the continent.
