This sub-theme will examine the increasing cases of online abuse, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, revenge pornography, hate speech, doxxing, identity theft, and digital intimidation targeting women and girls across Africa.

This topic addresses the emerging challenges of Technology Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV), digital insecurity, cyber harassment, misinformation, online extremism, and the exclusion of women from digital peace and security processes.
