This sub-theme focuses on building coordinated legal, institutional, educational, and community-based responses to combat technology facilitated gender-based violence.

Survivor-centered justice systems;
Mental health and psychosocial support;

This topic addresses the emerging challenges of Technology Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV), digital insecurity, cyber harassment, misinformation, online extremism, and the exclusion of women from digital peace and security processes.
